Thanks 110

Last Monday night after my shift concluded I was approached by my lord, Dino Erodotu.

He sat me down and fixed me a mug of ale and some decent beef jerky and said to me, "Chris. I need you to step up and do some deep cleaning. Lord Andrew Fagititus III and Jacques Rougeau of a French Starbucks are coming by to dine in our halls. I need you to stay behind and clean, clean, clean. I need you to be my main man. I need you... 110 NEEDS you... To be the Franchise...."

While he was kissing my ass, I have my hands to my hips looking up and off to the horizon like a conquering hero about to embark on an incredible journey.

Actually he just said, "Torres, can you stay? I need you clean some stuff for me."

And that was it. I stayed, and worked a "Deep Clean" shift cleaning things that I didn't know were dirty. I just thought they came in that "dark brown" colour. But alas, I finished and at the end of my shift, when I went to my wallet to grab my tickets, I noticed all SEVEN gone.

I immediately began wondering where they may have gone. After getting 2 tickets loaned from Brad, I got the hell out of there and went home. Needless to say, I was pissed. I posted about the incident and informed 2 Splenda. 2 Splenda then told the important people and that's that.

Now what I wasn't expecting was for 110 Bloor to pull together and put together a "token fund" for the Franchise. The "Token Fund" idea was coined, no pun intended by moi. Fellow Legendary Barista "The People's Prisciak" TM had her 10 tokens stolen about a month or so ago. The culprit was never found. I thought it would be nice if we all pooled our loose change and whatnot and put together a fund. The People's Prisciak was very pleased and that's all that mattered. Did if fix the situation, no, but it showed the unity amongst the 110 Crew when the first theft in 4 years occurred.

So I got my token money and was able to purchase 10 more tokens and for that I am very grateful to the crew at 110 that put together that fund. Whoever you are, and you know who you are, thank you very, very much. The Franchise loves you all.

Of course that still leaves the culprit at large, but I just hope all this has made him/her feel like dog-shit and maybe, just MAYBE they will think twice next time before taking something that doesn't belong to them. The end.
